GLOBAL SHIPPING SITUATION
Since 2020 the rates for shipping products around the world have skyrocketed affecting lots of small businesses and artists like me.
Fighting that has been very difficult but one thing I did since then is to limit the amount of countries I ship by default so I can track better prices in the ones that I offer the option and another thing is to publish a chart in each product I release where you can see and compare the real rate prices for each country in case that you prefer to ship the book or print to a friend or family in a cheaper country.
Seeing these charts, also helps to visualize the global situation and see that the prices have increased a lot everywhere... and there is nothing we can do about unfortunately.

VINCENT SIX REAL SHIPPING RATES
At Vincent Six, I will always try to offer you the real shipping rate, never more. Getting the real cost is a very complicated task.
Shipping rates for the same product are very different depending of the city it ships even if it's the same country. When you receive your package, you can see how much it cost to ship it.
If you believe I charged you more than you paid, send me an email to hey@vincentsix.com and I will refund you the difference.
Unfortunately many times, it is the opposite, and I end up undercharging and covering the difference because rates keep on changing monthly and it is impossible for me to keep track of the new rates for every single city and country of the world. It is what it is... I just hate that the courier is the one that benefits the most from my work in those cases.

For a standard rate of $4.95 you can now pick up my books and prints at local CHIT-CHATS branches located in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec.
Canadian shipping is incredibly expensive, more than sending packages to US. With this new shipping option, you will receive a SMS / Email when your package arrives to your local Chit-Chats branch and you will have 7 business days to pick it up with a piece of ID and Shipment number.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
This is included with your purchase. If your package get lost or it arrives damaged, the courier gets responsible for it and it will pay for the replacement of your package so you can order with piece of mind.
RETURNS
Unfortunately this is something I can't offer due to the nature of my content. Most of my work includes nudity from the models that appear in my images and for respect to them, I can't refund a book or print once this one has been shipped or seen by the customer. I will though replace for the same item if it is damaged or you don't like it for some reason. In that case, you will receive for free a new item but in some cases you may have to send back the damaged item at your own cost.
PACKAGES AND DISCRECTION
The packages are opaque and never reveal the content that it's inside. There aren't big logos or website links printed. For legal reasons, it has to indicate that the package sender is Vincent Six and that the content is a book, or a print, or a calendar, etc. and the cost and weight of that item.
IMPORT TAXES
In Canada and United States you won't have to pay anything extra. In Europe you may or not have to pay something. Unfortunately, it is a very complicated tax collection system and it got worst in 2021 with a new European legislation. If you paid at checkout import taxes and you have to pay them again, let me know the amount and I will refund you the difference once you receive your item.
WRONG SHIPPING RATES
As much as I try to keep my rates correct sometimes it is very complicated to predict a customer order and the rate may not be properly calculated by the system. For example if you order a Postcard, a book in pre-order and a large print, all of them come in different packages and the rate may be calculated incorrectly.
If the difference is significant, I may contact you to ask you for the correct shipping rate before sending the products you purchased. I know is not ideal, but please, bear with me, it is seriously very complicated to calculate a rate like that beforehand and it can have a huge impact in the revenue if I don't charge the correct rate.
